How often do we move through our days with our attention scattered, hammering away at experience with judgment and resistance? What Dr. Moss calls "sacred attention" is a practice of opening to the present moment with exquisite receptivity and welcoming—breathing in as though the moment itself were our beloved, and breathing out with profound acceptance. This isn't about fixing ourselves or our feelings; it's about creating a conscious holding environment that includes even our darkest fears, transforming our capacity for relationship rather than dividing ourselves through rejection.
